Student Enrollment & Placement Agreement

1. Enrollment & Course Access
By enrolling in a Tutolink program, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Course access is granted upon successful payment.

2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change.

3. Course Completion & Certification
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements, including assessments and practical components where applicable.

4. Code of Conduct
Students agree to maintain professional conduct, respect intellectual property, and not share course materials with third parties.

5. Tutor Placement Assistance
Placement services include CV review, interview coaching, tutor profile development, and student referrals. Tutolink acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee employment. Placement support is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. Students must actively participate in the placement process, including responding to referral opportunities in a timely manner.

6. Data Protection
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used solely for course administration, placement support, and communication purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability
Tutolink is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our training programs or placement services.
